To create a platform to engage over 500 senior executives around the world in the designing and operationalising of a finance transformation strategy and to support the subsequent cascade processes.
We designed a programme of events held in the US, Germany, Brazil, Singapore and India to provide a structured and engaging decision-making and applied innovation experience for over 500 executives. Using our global network and international team we supported the client in all locations from the event conceptualisation and design to production, facilitation and documentation. Using multi-media documentation techniques, decisions and outcomes were instantly available to the wider organisation around the world. The events allowed all regional managers to engage their top teams in making practical operational decisions for their mid-term strategy. These leaders where able to cascade the strategy quickly and consistently to their teams using the same materials and online knowledge base utilised during the events.
