Too create a finance transformation strategy across a global company that engaged and involved all employees at all levels.
We began with a Design Event with the top 150 leaders in the company to begin designing the roadmap for transformation. The intention was to define the issue before engaging the employees in developing the solutions. We rolled out a Global Engagement Snapshot for all employees to input on the strategy using our software platform to create a structured, engaging process. We used Data Analytics to draw out of the date key areas such as sentiment and pain points to feedback to the teams. We used state of the art visualisation to create engaging material incorporating animates, rich pictures and films to maintain momentum with the transformation process. Our Capability Building expertise then enabled us to deliver the vision focussing on Business Partnering, Leadership, and Technical Skills.
