Challenge

To design and deploy the Lean Services methodology for key account and business teams within a multinational IT services organisation.

Solution

We worked with experts and to develop and synthesise Lean Services education and tools for the 11,000 members of staff within UK & Ireland using a virtual learning approach.

We provided our virtual learning platform myLearn together with a compendium of learning courses that provided practical information and scenarios for employees to use Lean tools in their daily work.
