Communicating and engaging the organization with the future Patient Access vision.
Working with multiple stakeholders, we defined the key messages that needed to be communicated throughout the organisation. Through an iterative process, we created a rich picture to visualise the new Patient Access strategy, and the elements that it includes.
Using gamification theories, we transformed this illustration into a fun and engaging card game, which was rolled out across the division. Enabling learning and deep understanding, participants have the space to analyse the new strategy and understand how it will impact the patients. The game also helps participants understand the elements that make for great patients outcomes.
