Challenge

To create a blended virtual / physical leadership programme for the professional development of the top 100 Leaders in a global company. 

Solution

We created a series of immersive ‘Masterclass’ events using our expert network to deliver best-in-class development. In addition the programme was branded to encourage the participants to engage and identify with it at a deeper level.  

We developed communications materials and delivered online learning to the community via our SmartLab platform. Finally we created a series of films of expert speakers for re-use internally and to a broader audience, so that participants could revisit their learning and utilise it in their own departments.
