Case Study 04


As part of the 2020 Vision and Strategy; we were invited to facilitate a 2 day event for GSA Region; held in Berlin.

The goal of the event was to engage the Partners in the new Vision and Strategy; and enable them to work collaboratively to develop the roadmap for the GSA region.


We designed and facilitated a 2 day immersive accelerated decision support event.   We created a fully ‘iPad-enabled event’; with participants able to access event assignments; content and documentation through their personal devices (iPad or other web-ready device).

The approach created significant discourse and buy-in to the 2020 vision; amongst this senior group of participants.   During the two days they were able to learn about; challenge each other; identify imperatives for change and co-create a shared future roadmap to implement the vision.
