A Binary Decision Game approach to create fictional business/project scenario decision points have an impact on the overall project and business

The scenario decisions impact success KPIs e.g. client relationship, revenue, project morale, solution quality and users must choose what is best for the overall success of the firm. Participants advance through levels and aim to achieve the highest blended scores. 

All decisions are tracked, which enables deep analytics into potential engagement and capability focus areas. There is also a points system and leaderboard to encourage competition between users.
