As part of a wider Ludic supported transformation, this leading global Beverages company wanted to co-create strategic solutions to bring their vision to life. They also wanted to build a network of ambassadors across the global community.


We designed a series of virtual events and interactive online activities with the intention of connecting the high level vision with pragmatic initiatives involving stakeholders from all levels of the company. There was engagement of over 3000 participants for an extended period of over 8 weeks to create the required solution. A dynamic development of an Ambassador Network was then undertaken to implement the collaboratively created vision by cascading the change company-wide.
