As part of a major corporate strategy programme, this global consultancy needed to cascade and engage 950+ employees to create understanding and buy in for its new operating model.


Working with theatre producers, set designers and graphic artists we created an immersive  Learning Fair Event. This brought to life the future strategy and organisational objectives for the 950+ participants. This approach engaged the entire workforce in a unique event that built trust, teamwork and understanding of business goals.
