To dramatically increase awareness and engagement to turn around retail web deployment


The client required an Up-Skilling strategy to improve every aspect of the service centre, and to be able to engage the employees successfully in this transformation process. We implemented a Comms campaign with different interlinked phases both physical and online. These featured Ambassador workshops to cover what the process meant for each area of the service centre, and a media based toolkit for managers. The components were designed to work across different platforms to engage staff and maintain momentum, including animation, a dedicated web site, and bespoke comms materials.
